*Responsibilities:*

* Provide daily nursing care and medication administration for residents in accordance with individual care plans.
* Coordinate with CNAs, therapy staff, and leadership to ensure quality, person-centered care.
* Support and educate residents and families with kindness and professionalism.
* Participate in shift reports, documentation, and care plan updates.
* Promote teamwork and uphold The Maples' mission of compassionate, consistent care.

*Qualifications:*

* Current Michigan RN or LPN license in good standing.
* Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred, but not required.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Genuine desire to make a difference in residents' lives.
