A leading Social Service agency is currently seeking dedicated and licensed professionals to join our team as Case Managers. We welcome applicants for part-time, full-time, and contractual roles.

Required Licensure:

LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide direct care and program management for youth, adults, and families

* Deliver individual and group therapy services

* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans

* Support clients throughout their outpatient journey

* Work flexible hours across various community settings

* Proven experience in individual and group therapy

* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
