Riverview Assisted Living & Memory Care is searching for a dynamic, positive attitude team leader to direct the health & wellness care of our residents. You need at least three years experience leading a team in a healthcare or senior living environment. You are passionate about doing what is needed within the arena of supporting a large team. You must bring customer care for the team & our residents & their families. This is an extremely demanding leadership position. You serve as a top advisor on a sharp, hard working leadership team that provides a very flexible work schedule - we serve a campus open 24/7 therefore we work some evenings & some weekend days / evenings. * LPN (or RN) with experience leading a Health & Wellness (clinical) team of Care Providers & Certified Medication Technicians (MedTechs)
* 'Playing Coach' functionality where you lead, support & direct your team while also providing boots on the ground support alongside your team
* Provide weekly scheduling & assignments
* Provide daily guidance & collaboration with physicians, healthcare professionals & family member decision makers
* Experience with Assisted Living & Memory Care Dementia Care is preferred
* Provide due diligence according to Assisted Living Regulations of the state of AK

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
