*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in applied behavior analysis and demonstrate a commitment to improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children with autism. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing ongoing support to clients and their families.

*Duties*

* Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify behavioral challenges and needs.
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
* Implement behavioral therapy techniques and interventions tailored to each client's unique requirements.
* Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
* Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
* Provide training and support to staff on behavioral strategies and interventions.
* Maintain accurate medical documentation, including patient records, intake forms, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
* Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health.

*Skills*

* Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles of applied behavior analysis.
* Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities.
* Proficient in data collection methods and analysis for tracking client progress.
* Familiarity with special education practices and working with individuals with disabilities.
* Excellent patient care skills, including patient assessment abilities.
* Understanding of medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards.
* Ability to conduct intake assessments effectively.
* Strong communication skills for collaboration with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
