* Developing, maintaining, and implementing nursing policies and procedures that conform to current standards, the law, and our company's philosophy.
* Directing, evaluating, and training all nursing personnel.
* Ensuring the delivery of compassionate, quality care and nursing supervision.
* Exercising the overall supervision of resident assessments and care plans.
_The ideal candidate will possess the following:_
* Valid Indiana Registered Nurse License
* Two years of experience in a long-term care setting
* High degree of leadership and management skills
* Current CPR Certification
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
