Yelm Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Clinic Director to join our growing team at our McKenna, WA office location. Yelm PT has been a long-standing company and was under new ownership in 2012. We have two clinic locations in Yelm, WA and McKenna, WA. We are 100% locally-owned and therapist-owned...meaning we make our own decisions. Unlike many groups of practices we don't have a culture that is corporate in nature where decisions are made by a distant majority owner likely in a different state.

The position is posted as full-time. We are seeking someone to work four, ten-hour days from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. Salary for the position depends on qualifications but starts at $92,000 - $110,000. _Significant profit sharing is included with this position on top of the base salary._

*Minimum Qualifications:*
* Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program, Master's or Doctorate Degree preferred
* Current Physical Therapy License in the State of Washington (or in process of obtaining and can provide status)
* CPR Certification or ability to obtain upon hiring

* Someone who has skills in manual therapy, functional movement, and patient education
* Someone who is familiar and comfortable working with a diverse mix of diagnoses
* Someone who looks to build patient trust and relationships and is dedicated to fostering and continually improving those relationships
* Someone who is professional and open to growth outside of a direct patient care in setting such as: Off-Campus Screenings, Health Fairs, Community Events, Team Building & More.
* Someone that can embrace change and adapt to the constant change of the health care environment
