*Summary:*
We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team. This role is crucial in helping us achieve our mission of delivering exceptional ABA services and improving the quality of life for our clients.

* Competitive salary: $75,000 - $110,000 annually or $70 - $100 hourly
* Hybrid position with flexible work arrangements
* Opportunity to work with a dynamic and passionate team
* Positions available throughout the entire state of Colorado

*Responsibilities:*

* Develop and implement individualized ABA programs for clients.
* Conduct assessments and create behavior intervention plans.
* Provide supervision and training to RBTs and other staff.
* Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals.
* Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
* Maintain detailed and accurate documentation.

*Requirements:*

* Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in the ABA field.
* Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based services.
