Licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) - Full Time - Fort Wayne, IN

HTS is currently seeking Occupational Therapy Assistants to join our teams at four partner senior living communities located in Fort Wayne. These OTAs will work with diverse populations - including assisted/independent living, memory care, short term rehab, and long-term care - addressing their unique therapeutic needs. Our goal is to improve the quality of life for our seniors by fostering their physical health, independence, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality occupational therapy to residents in a supportive environment.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Position Details

• Each position is full-time at 30 - 40 hours per week.

• These senior living communities are all highly respected and noted for delivering quality care.

Requirements:

Applicants must have an active Indiana Occupational Therapy Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include a degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy assisting program, subsequent passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT®) examination, and fulfilling the state's requirements for licensure.

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
