Position Overview
Naturally You Aesthetics is seeking a medically focused *Clinical Massage Therapist (LMT)* with strong therapeutic skills and a passion for functional outcomes. This role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys working in a professional, collaborative setting and prioritizes reducing pain, improving mobility, and supporting whole-body wellness.
Responsibilities
* Provide customized, clinical therapeutic massage, including Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and Sports Massage
* Collaborate with the provider team to support integrated treatment plans and patient outcomes
* Conduct thorough patient assessments and track progress
* Educate clients on therapeutic goals and self-care recommendations
* Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
* Uphold high standards of professionalism, hygiene, ethics, and patient confidentiality
Qualifications
* Current and valid Michigan Massage Therapist License
* Minimum 1-2 years of clinical or therapeutic massage experience preferred
* Strong knowledge of soft-tissue techniques used for pain management and functional improvement
* Excellent communication skills with both clients and clinical team members
* Commitment to continuing education and professional development
