We're looking for a compassionate and dynamic *ED Registered Nurse* to join our team and help revolutionize emergency healthcare in Humble-Houston, TX.

*Position:* ED Registered Nurse (Full-Time, Night Shift)

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective care to patients across all age groups (neonates to geriatrics)
* Conduct thorough head-to-toe and psychosocial assessments, prioritizing based on patient needs
* Preferred experience in Behavioral Health nursing
* Accurately assign triage categories to facilitate prompt interventions
* Supervise ER Techs, Radiology/CT Technicians, and support staff
* Administer medications following the five rights of medication administration
* Communicate professionally and courteously with patients, families, physicians, and team members
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
* Participate in ongoing education, staff meetings, and quality improvement initiatives
* Perform additional duties as needed

*Qualifications:*

* 3-5 years of emergency department experience
* Experience in behavioral health is a plus
* Graduation from an accredited nursing school
* Valid state RN license
* Current BCLS/CPR certification; ACLS, PALS, ENPC, or TNCC preferred
* Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
