What You'll Do

* Perform evaluations and create personalized treatment plans
* Provide one-on-one therapy in homes, assisted living, or community settings
* Focus on improving strength, balance, and mobility
* Educate families and caregivers for long-term success
* Collaborate with a team of OTs, SLPs, and other professionals

What You Bring

* Doctorate or Master's in Physical Therapy
* Active (or eligible) *Kentucky PT License*
* Reliable transportation
* Experience with geriatrics, home health, or dementia care is a plus
