*Responsibilities*
* Conduct thorough eye examinations and diagnose visual conditions.
* Prescribe corrective lenses and other treatment options.
* Educate patients on eye health and preventive care.
* Maintain accurate medical records using EMR/EHR systems.
* Diagnose and treat dry eye disease, utilizing modern technology such as OptiLight and OptiLift.
* Collaborate with staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
* Stay updated with the latest optometric practices and technologies.
* Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.
* *Qualifications*
* Valid state license to practice as an Optometrist.
* Proven experience in ophthalmology or optometry.
* Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology.
* Excellent patient care and communication skills.
* Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems.
* Commitment to community health and patient satisfaction.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
