*Duties*

* Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for Korean-speaking patients
* Provide preventive care, health education, and chronic disease management tailored to diverse patient needs
* Communicate effectively with patients in Korean, ensuring clarity and understanding of diagnoses, treatment options, and follow-up care
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and optimize health outcomes
* Document all clinical encounters accurately in electronic health records while maintaining strict confidentiality
* Assist in patient education initiatives that promote wellness and healthy lifestyle choices within the Korean community
* Stay current with medical guidelines and best practices relevant to family medicine or internal medicine

*Qualifications*

* Valid license or certification as an Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP) or Internal Medicine Physician (IM) in the relevant jurisdiction
* Fluency in Korean and proficiency in English for effective communication with patients and team members
* Prior experience working with Korean-speaking populations is highly preferred
* Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care and cultural sensitivity
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative healthcare team
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, especially in cross-cultural settings
* Knowledge of electronic health record systems and documentation standards
