*What You'll Be Doing:*
* Assessing our incredible residents' health and well-being - you're the superhero of their care team!
* Administering meds & treatments - Get your hands busy with meds, IVs, and dressing changes.
* Mentoring our awesome CNA staff - You're the guide that helps them grow.
* Collaborating with families - Be the friendly, caring voice that keeps everyone in the loop.
*Who We're Looking For:*
* You're a nursing rockstar with an active RN or LPN license in Wisconsin.
* Working on the AM Shift from 545am-215pm or PM Shift from 2pm-1030pm
* You bring previous nursing experience (bonus points for long-term care!)
* You've got communication skills that could win you an award - you're approachable, friendly, and always willing to lend a hand.
* You love working in a team where everyone feels like family.
