Job Description

ThedaCare, Inc., a highly successful northeast Wisconsin integrated health system, seeks a Family Medicine physician to join it's team in New London, WI. The New London community provides a perfect blend of a rural community, while still being located near the urban community of the Fox Valley.

Position Details: 

• Full Time 1.0 FTE – 32 patient contact hours (4 days per week) or 36 patient contact hours (4 ½ days per week)
• Hours open: Monday-Wednesday 7a-7p, Thursday-Friday 7a-5p, Saturday-Sunday 8a-12p
• Call is 1:12 (Physicians and APCs share call)
• 20 patients per day
• Team includes 5 physicians and 9 APCs.
• Support staff: 1:1 MA w/ RNs on-site

Offer Details

  • Income Details: This is an employed position with a flexible two-year salary guarantee based on a 4 or 4 1/2 day work week.   After the two years, the physician will move to an incentive compensation plan. There is an option to go on the compensation plan after one year if the physician meets financial targets.
  • Signing Bonus: Generous sign-on bonus offered
  • Vacation: 35 days annually including CME/Vacation/Holidays
  • CME: $4,500/year

New London, a community of 7,200, is located in Northeastern Wisconsin, a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts and city dwellers alike.
