Job Description

Island Health is seeking a full-time board certified/board eligible Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to join their collaborative well established practice team in Anacortes, Washington. In this role, you will join a cohesive, multi-specialty group providing the surrounding communities with the latest in technological advances and medical innovations. Physicians will have the opportunity to practice top of license and take advantage of strong and supportive mentors. With the recent addition of a DaVinci V surgical robot, robotic experience is preferred along with good quality outcomes. Additionally, excellent communication skills with the ability to develop relationships with referring physicians is preferred.

Position Details:

  • Full-time role with 4-day work week schedule
  • 1:4 call schedule
  • Operating hours are Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Mix of inpatient and outpatient care
  • Join a team of 3 OB/GYNs and support staff
  • Integrated Meditech Expanse EMR platform, utilized throughout the organization
  • Work closely with cohesive, multi-specialty group providers with support staff

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Compensation is between $387,990 and $465,588 per year
  • Up to $30,000 sign on bonus
  • Relocation assistance
  • $5K CME funds per year
  • Loan Repayment Programs: eligible for PSLF

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Must be board-certified/board-eligible MD/DO in Washington state
  • 1+ years of experience preferred
