Required Skills:

• Board Certification (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Anesthesiology
• Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience preferred
• Proficiency in MAC, Regional, Spinal, and Ultrasound-guided techniques
• Active PA license or IMLC LOQ in hand, with a clean file for expedited credentialing
• Certifications in ACLS and PALS
• Ability to work independently during night shifts and handle solo cases effectively
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered approach

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with high-volume orthopedic cases and OB anesthesia
• Familiarity with Epic EMR system
• Comfort working in a hospital with a 135-bed capacity
• Flexibility to handle a fluctuating schedule with 1-4 weeks of coverage per month

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical Degree from an accredited institution
• Valid PA license or IMLC LOQ with valid certification
• At least 2 years of anesthesia practice in a hospital setting

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work sporadic solo night shifts, including specific upcoming dates
• Willingness to cover a variety of procedures with a 1:3 CRNA to anesthesiologist ratio
• Credentialing in approximately 90 days; expedited options available for qualified candidates
• Travel and other reimbursements as applicable
