Required Skills:

• Valid and active DEA license before start date
• Strong knowledge of family medicine practices including pediatrics and adult care (consideration for FM only applicants)
• Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage chronic pain and complete chart closure within 72 hours
• Proficiency in documentation with clear, detailed work experience and education history, including all employment gaps
• Capability to see at least 18 patients per day (PPD), Monday-Friday, 8–5, with potential for 10-hour shifts
• Commitment to timely credentialing process (30-60 days) and adherence to immunization requirements:
  • 2025-2026 Flu Vaccine
  • TB status/X-Ray results within 90 days before start
  • Complete immunization series or positive titers for MMR, Hep B, Varicella Zoster, and Tdap within last 10 years

Nice to Have Skills:

• Board eligible or Board certified in Family Medicine or Osteopathic Family Medicine (within 5 years of residency)
• Experience in Chronic Pain Management
• Ability to work comfortably with pediatric and adult populations
• Bilingual abilities or additional language skills are a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Residency training in family medicine
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in a primary care setting
• Previous experience with EMR systems and chronic pain management

Other Requirements:

• Valid licensure, certification, and immunizations as specified
• Willingness to undergo credentialing and background checks
• Open to occasional travel or on-call duties as needed
