Required Skills:

• Valid medical license in good standing
• Proven experience in obstetrics and gynecology practice
• Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care
• Ability to work independently and manage complex cases
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to supervise Advanced Practice Providers (preferred but not required)

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience supervising APP Providers
• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Familiarity with the latest medical technologies and procedures in women’s health
• Fluency in additional languages

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Minimum of 3 years of practice experience in obstetrics and gynecology
• Prior experience working in a hospital or clinical setting

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work 24-hour call shifts as needed
• Ability to start immediately, with flexibility for ongoing scheduling needs
• Must communicate through designated channels as instructed (please direct all communication through Locumsmart)
