Baptist Health Surgical Clinic of Central Arkansas is seeking a Breast Fellowship trained surgeon to join their multi-specialty clinic.

Opportunity Overview

  • There are 11 surgeons in the practice and this includes only one breast surgeon
  • This clinic is the oldest and largest surgical referral clinic in the state
  • The physicians provide comprehensive general surgical care as well as multi-specialty surgical care to the entire state of Arkansas and surrounding areas
  • The current breast surgeon sees an average of 250 patients in 2.5 clinic days and is performing over 38 surgeries per week
  • The recruited surgeon will have the opportunity to step into a full practice based on the referrals from the existing surgeon
  • This opportunity is an employed position with  Arkansas Health Group, the employment arm of Baptist Health

Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible MD or DO
  • Fellowship trained
  • This opportunity does not qualify for a J-1 Visa waiver
  • All physicians must be able to obtain Arkansas licensure before they begin practicing
