Avera Medical Group Lakes Family Practice and Avera Medical Group Spirit Lake Medical Center are seeking board certified or board eligible family medicine physicians without OB to join an existing group of nine physicians and three midlevel providers.

• Employed position with Avera Medical Group
• Primary market area 17,000 population
• Call to be shared between ten physicians
• Lakes Regional Healthcare is a 49-bed, rural PPS facility with investments in technology and infrastructure

• 24-hour ER coverage provided along with eER service (ER shifts are available for interested candidates)
