General Surgery Position

• Bread & Butter case mix for a typical community based hospital
• Call will be 1 in 5 - We currently have 4 general surgeons rotating call
• Employed position
• 9 OR rooms
• da Xi Vinci Si Surgical System
• Fully accredited Cancer Center providing both Med & Rad Onc Services
• New Endoscopy Center area with large rooms and up to date equipment.
• Active Med/Peds Hospitalist team assist with medical management of surgery patients
• Anesthesia call provided by an Anesthesiologist 24/7
• Office is located in a medical office building connected to the hospital
• Flexible Schedule

Compensation

• Per day call pay in addition to salary 
• $70,000 sign-on bonus
• $2,500 per month stipend while finishing residency 
• Lucrative Base Salary with RVU Production
• 304 PTO hours/year
• 24 CME/PTO hours/year
• $3,600 CME allowance/year
