Position Details:

• Full-time hospital employed position

• Friday-Friday schedule; 12-hour days, one week on, one week off

• On-call during your week on shift 7p-7a

• Average patient census in ICU: 7-10

• Opened ICU

• Team: One physician, 5 advanced providers, support staff (RN’s, Nursing Assistants, RT, Case Management, Office Staff)

• Brand new Ultrasound in 2023!

• EPIC Smart Rooms 

• Family Medicine Residents and Medical Student on site

• Hospital built in 2008

Compensation Details:

• Base salary, $60K sign-on bonus and $2K per month for resident/fellow stipend up to $24K in last year of training, also qualifying for the PSLF

• Excellent benefits package with malpractice and tail coverage

  • Benefits: 403b with company match, 457f, health/dental/vision, PTO and country club membership included

• 15 days paid vacation annually

• $5K annual CME allowance

Education/Qualifications 

Board Eligible or Board Certified Required: Pulmonary and Critical Care

Experience Required: Opened to newly trained fellows and practicing physicians

Licensure: Indiana Medical License

Certifications: Must maintain BLS/ACLS
