PMC is Kentucky's only Level II Trauma Center and the regional referral center. Part time (Non-benefited) and Full time positions are available.You take care of the patients, we take care of you! Pikeville Medical Center is a Level II Trauma center, the only Level II Trauma center in the state of KY verified by the American College of Surgeons.
Pikeville Medical Center completed an expansion that includes a ten-story parking garage, an 11-story clinic building which house our physician offices and exam rooms, state-of-the-art operating rooms with new pre/post op care areas and a brand new cafeteria. We recently expanded our intensive care services bringing us to a total of 91 beds. We are also presently expanding and renovating the Heart Institute and adding cardiac cath labs, upgrading the existing cardiac cath lab and creating a second interventional radiology/vascular suite. Construction is currently underway on our brand new state of the art IT data center and complete Lab renovation.
