About This Opportunity
The Doctors Clinic is currently seeking BE/BC Gastroenterologists to join our team of healthcare professionals at the Salmon Medical Center located just west of Seattle, in Silverdale, Washington.
We are looking to build, grow and support a new dynamic GI team. Pick your partner! Have your voice be heard! Practice medicine the way you want to!
Enjoy a Monday through Friday general GI outpatient practice that allows for a healthy balance between clinic and outpatient procedures that are conducted at an onsite ASC. The ability to do ERCP is a bonus but is not required. There is no EUS. Shared community call will take place next door at the St. Michael Medical Center.
There is a great need for GI services in the community and physicians can expect to grow a robust practice quickly!

Washington Equal Pay and Opportunities Act
The salary range for this position is $475,000 to $525,000 annually, plus bonus potential. This range is a good faith estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, training, experience, licensure/certifications, as well as internal equity and alignment with local market data at the time of posting. The Doctors Clinic’s compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each applicant.
Total compensation and benefit eligibility are based on full time employment for assigned job classification/description, and complies with current PSA agreement.
The Doctors Clinic currently offers the following benefits for eligible FTEs:
