Envision is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider ­­to become a part of our prestigious Emergency Medicine Practice at HCA FL Lake City Hospital in Lake City, FL.

ED Features:

• Annual ED volume of 60,000; 17% admission rate, 15% pediatrics, 9% average critical care rate
• 22-Bed ED
• 44 hour physician coverage
• 62 hours APP coverage
• ED experience required
• Seeking candidates who are motivated, personable, and eager to learn, grow and develop their practice
