Psychiatry Position in Dover, DE - Coastal and city access!
Dover Behavioral Health System, located in Dover, DE is recruiting for a Psychiatrist for their Inpatient Adult Services and Outpatient Tele-Psychiatry Programs. This position will require treating a mix of Inpatient and Outpatient Services to include both Adolescent and Adult populations. Ideal candidate will be comfortable treating ages 12 and older. Dover Behavioral Health is a beautiful private 73 bed treatment center offering comprehensive inpatient, outpatient and partial hospitalization for adolescents and adults services with psychiatric and dual diagnoses issues. All programs are offered in multidisciplinary treatment settings with excellent support staff and professional colleagues. The duties for this position include initial evaluations and assessments, treatment team leadership and daily care of patients.

Dover Behavioral Health is conveniently located off U.S. Route 13 on the St. Jones River in the Delaware River Coastal plain with easy access to coastal and large metro areas. Dedicated to excellence, Dover Behavioral Health is accredited by The Joint Commission and provides psychiatric (mental health) treatment to children, adolescents and adults and substance use (drug and alcohol) treatment services for adults. Inpatient care monitors and treats patients 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Outpatient and partial hospitalization services are provided on a five-day per week basis. Care is provided according to an established code of ethical conduct and strict adherence to patient rights.
