About Our Opportunity
Due to a recent retirement, The Doctors Clinic is currently seeking a BE/BC physician to join our Urgent Care team at the Silverdale Ridgetop East Clinic/Urgent Care located just west of Seattle, in beautiful Silverdale, Washington. This opportunity supports work + life balance and is open to someone interested in working full time, ~12 shifts per month.
The Urgent Care is open Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. We are open every day of the year except Thanksgiving and Christmas. Fully staffed with urgent care specialists, digital x-ray and urgent lab processing, TDC Urgent Care is here during those unpredictable times of accident and illness.

Washington Equal Pay and Opportunities Act
The salary range for this position is $250,000 to $275,000 annually, plus bonus potential. This range is a good faith estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, training, experience, licensure/certifications, as well as internal equity and alignment with local market data at the time of posting. The Doctors Clinic’s compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each applicant.
Total compensation and benefit eligibility are based on full time employment for assigned job classification/description, and complies with current PSA agreement.
The Doctors Clinic currently offers the following benefits for eligible FTEs:
