Full-Time EM Physician opportunity in Sylacauga, AL

NES Health seeks a Full-Time Emergency Medicine Physician to join our practice at Coosa Valley Medical Center located in Sylacauga, Alabama. 

About the Hospital 

• 168 Bed Community Hospital 
• CPSI EMR 

Coverage includes:

• Radiology and Teleradiology at night
• Anesthesiology
• Ultrasound
• OB/Gyn
• ENT
• Cardiology
• Neurology (tele-neurology)
• ICU (10 bed unit) 

About the Program and Hours 

• 14 bed ED 
• 21,000 annual visit ED 
• 7% admission rate from the ED 
• ED physicians respond to floor codes 
• 12-hour Physician shifts (6a-6p, 6p-6a) 
• 12-hour APP shifts (11a-11p) 

Qualifications 

• Active Alabama license in the state or ability to attain unrestricted state license 
• Candidate Must be BE/BC in EM, IM, or FM 
• Active ATLS, ACLS, PALS and BALS
