The Department of Medicine at National Jewish Health is seeking applicants for the Chief of Rheumatology. The Division currently has 6 faculty Rheumatologists, and a Rheumatology NP providing patient care at National Jewish Health.

The division has a unique focus on rheumatologic lung disease, and works closely with the world-class pulmonary services to provide assessment, care and management of connective tissue disease related pulmonary disorders including fibrotic lung disease, vasculitis, and non-tuberculous mycobacterium disease in the setting of various rheumatologic disorders. Additionally, the Department is looking to expand its rheumatologic service by building multiple distinct service lines.

  • The Division interacts closely with Cardiology, Nephrology, Neurology and GI in its patient care and research missions.

  • The division has in-house infusion centers, physical therapy, musculoskeletal ultrasound, a bone health clinic and a clinical research unit for investigator initiated and industry sponsored trials.
