Mercy Medical Center – North Iowa and Mitchell County Regional Health Center have an excellent opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join an existing practice located in Osage, Iowa. 

This full time hospital based employment opportunity is within a Family Medicine clinic consisting of two physicians who cover 23,700 annual clinic visits.  No obstetrics are required for this opportunity.  Specialty clinics for Audiology, Cardiology, General Surgery, Neurology, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Orthopaedic Surgery, Otolaryngology and Urology are available in the clinic. 

Call coverage is currently 1:4.
 
The hospital admissions occur at Mitchell County Regional Health Center, a 25-bed critical access hospital with annual admissions of 600 and ED volumes of 3,650. Services available include General Surgery, Pulmonary and Sports Rehab, Speech Therapy, PT, OT, Medical Nutrition Therapy, bone densitometry, CT, Mobile MRI, Mammography, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound and Vascular Screening.  Telemedicine, Teleradiology and EMR are available.
