Fuller Hospital is a 102-bed private psychiatric hospital in South Attleboro, Massachusetts. Inpatient units treat adolescents and adults. The hospital has an adult inpatient intellectual disabilities specialty unit as well as an adult acute residential treatment program. The hospital also offers an adult partial hospitalization program and community-based services.

On-call physicians of all specialties including Psychiatry, Internal Medicine, Hospitalist, and Family Medicine are needed to provide weeknight and weekend coverage. Duties include writing admission orders, performing physical exams, and providing medical management. The positions offer a competitive salary with flexible scheduling.  DOC hours available part-time nights and weekends.

South Attleboro is only 10 miles from Providence metropolitan and 39 miles south of Boston.It is a quiet, residential community with great shopping area. It is within proximity to the Gillette Stadium, home for the New England Patriots as well as a stadium which regularly hosts other marquee sports events that include international soccer matches, lacrosse championships and high school football super bowls.

Fuller provides a continuum of care that includes evaluation, crisis stabilization, and treatment for patients with mental illness, substance abuse disorders and dual diagnosis.

Programs are designed to provide an evaluation and stabilization of the individual’s primary symptoms and problems. Treatment services emphasize development of coping mechanisms and skill-building to create the best opportunity to prevent relapse and allow stability. Medication management is also emphasized as part of the care plan. Staff prepares each individual and their family for successful steps down to less restrictive levels of care and eventually a discharge back to the community.
