LCDF is recruiting an additional OB/GYN to join their private practice group, with hospital privileges at Memorial Medical Center in Las Cruces, NM, only 35 miles from El Paso. The incoming physician should expect to see 25+ patients/day in clinic with a hospital call schedule of 1:3. There are six midwives who take first call. Fridays are normally blocked days for surgeries at the hospital. LCDF can sponsor a J1 visa waiver and is an approved NHSC site. A competitive compensation package will be offered to include sign on, relocation assistance and student loan assistance.

Accredited by The Joint Commission (TJC), Memorial Medical Center is a licensed 298-bed acute care facility. The hospital offers a full range of comprehensive care including the latest in diagnostic, therapeutic and rehabilitative services, both on an inpatient and outpatient basis. White Sands National Monument is just 50 miles east of Las Cruces. The magnificent pure white gypsum dunes provide excellent recreational opportunities. Visitors can picnic, “white sand surf,” or just stroll through a portion of the 275-square-mile national park. Ruidoso is a scenic mountain village two hours from Las Cruces.
