HRI Hospital in Brook line, MA is recruiting a new Staff Psychiatrist. The physician will have the option to work in our Adult Inpatient Services.

 

HRI Hospital provides an array of mental health services to adults suffering from a psychiatric disorder or dual diagnosis (co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse disorders). We strive to provide quality care and treat all patients with the dignity they deserve.

 

Programs are offered at various levels of care to accommodate the needs and severity of every patient’s condition. The level of care we recommend is determined by the results of a confidential assessment.

Treatment focuses on crisis stabilization, development of coping mechanisms, skill building and medication management to promote long-term recovery. Our continuum of care includes aftercare planning to help program graduates reintegrate into everyday life.

General duties will include initial psychiatric evaluations and assessments; treatment team leadership and daily management of assigned patients in the Inpatient and/or Outpatient Program Services.  Physicians work closely with administration, medical staff colleagues, and all other clinical and administrative support staff.

 

The work schedule is Monday – Friday offering great work life balance lifestyle. There is no required weeknight or weekend call required.  Any 'Doctor On Call' that is voluntarily scheduled is at extra compensation.

HRI Hospital is a 62-bed licensed private psychiatric facility centrally located in the Boston area of Brook line. There are four inpatient units designed to treat adults with general psychiatric disorders, dual diagnosis and women's issues. The hospital also has three separate and distinct partial hospitalization programs located on the hospital grounds as well as outpatient services. All patient care is provided in a multidisciplinary treatment setting with an excellent treatment team comprised of psychiatrists, mental health counselors, nurses, social workers and other therapists.
