With 6 clinic sites throughout the greater Portland metropolitan area, our exceptional team of physicians provides Family Medicine and Internal Medicine health care to multiple generations of families in a patient-centric environment.

Our neighborhood clinics are deeply rooted in the community and for over 100 years, our physicians have provided the highest quality care to multiple generations of families. Staff feel at home in our culture of collaboration and good camaraderie, which translates to high retention and engagement. Many have been here 15-20+ years.
