The W.G. Hefner VA Medical Center in Salisbury, North Carolina, is seeking a BC/BE Neurologist. The ideal candidate is someone who is BC/BE, with additional qualifications and interest in movement disorder and epilepsy. An interest in teaching and research is a plus. Routine procedures consist of EEG, EMG/NCS, and Botox. Clinic hours are 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Neurologists typically see 12-16 patients per day in clinic, and 1-2 consults variably.  Academic affiliations are with Wake Forest School of Medicine in Winston Salem, North Carolina. More than 200 medical residents receive part of their training at this facility every year. U.S. Citizenship, a full, active, and unrestricted U.S. medical license, and BC/BE in Neurology are required.
