Our Family Medicine providers at St. Cloud Medical Group provide patients with the trusted advice and counsel that has been the hallmark of family medicine since the days of house calls. Our providers diagnose and treat short-term illness. They provide preventive care, including routine checkups, health-risk assessments, immunization and screening tests, and personalized counseling on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. For patients with chronic illness, our providers also manage and often coordinate care provided by other subspecialists.

In 2016, they merged with CentraCare Health and continue to provide immediate access to a compassionate team of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing excellent personal care to the community.
St. Cloud Medical Group has four campus’ in the area – St. Cloud South, St. Cloud Northwest, Clearwater and Cold Spring. These group consists of over 40 Providers and Physicians in Family Medicine, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Express Care, PM&R and Occupational Medicine.

To be considered for our position you would need to:
Meet one of the following requirements:
- Certified as a Nurse Practitioner or Clinical Nurse Specialist
- Current Minnesota Physician Assistant Licensure
- Be eligible for certification (NP/CNP) or licensure (PA) within the next 12 months
We would prefer that our candidate have experience in one of the following:
- Emergency Department
- Urgent Care
- Family Medicine/Walk-In Clinic
In addition, all applicants must have a current American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider card and Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration number prior to receiving clinical privileges.
