As a Family Practice Provider in our Richmond Clinic, you will work as a part of a primary health care team in collaboration with your team of Physicians and Provider. In this role, care for individuals at any stage of life following established protocols, however, you do have day-to-day independence in health care decisions for your patients.
Some responsibilities of the Family Practice Provider include:
- Chronic disease management
- Evaluating, implementing and managing patient treatment based on assessments of their needs
- Reviewing lab results and planning the course of action according to the results
- Providing preventative care to adults and children
- Educating patients on health and wellness
Our Richmond Clinic provides obstetric care and family medicine for all ages. In addition, you have convenient access to the following services for your patients:
- Lab
- X-Ray
- Diabetes Education
- Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy

Clinics in Family medicine clinics in Belgrade, Cold Spring, Eden Valley, Paynesville and Richmond.
Specialty Services – located inside the Paynesville facility, offers patients the convenient opportunity to see a specialist without having to travel far from home. Specialists work with your primary care provider
REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for this position you must meet one of the following requirements;
- Certified as a Nurse Practitioner or Clinical Nurse Specialist
- Current Minnesota Physician Assistant Licensure
We would prefer that our candidate have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in one of the following;
- Emergency Department
- Urgent Care
- Family Medicine
- Walk-In Clinic
In addition, all applicants must have a current American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider card and Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration number prior to receiving clinical privileges.
If working in the Emergency Room, you will be required to have current ACLS and ATLS or CALS certification.
Employees of the Paynesville/Richmond Clinics may qualify for the Federal Loan Forgiveness Program.
