Faith Community Hospital is a 17-bed full-service facility, offering inpatient care, minor surgeries, obstetrics and other care services. They have a Level IV-24 hour trauma center and an advanced radiology services center where they provide CT scanning.  The hospital also has an outpatient lab, physical therapy program, social services and patient education resources.

Jacksboro, TX is a city in and the county seat of Jack County, with a population around 4,300. It is a prosperous agribusiness center located at the intersection of US highways 281 and 380 in the approximate center of Jack County. The community supports a number of churches, public schools, a high school, a popular fishing and swimming spot at nearby Lake Jacksboro, Fort Richardson State Historical Park, and the annual Mesquiteville Days festival. Jacksboro is located 2 hours west of Dallas, 1.5 hours northwest of Fort Worth and 1 hour south of Wichita Falls.
