Gastroenterologist Needed Fort Smith, Arkansas

Baptist Health Fort Smith (BHFS) is recruiting a Gastroenterologist. There is currently only one employed Gastroenterologist at BHFS and the recruitment need is growth related.

The existing physician is well established having been in the practice for 14 years. He is very busy and well respected by patients. There is also a PA working in the practice who sees patients in the hospital as well as hospital follow up appointments. The clinic practice is located on the BHFS campus.

This is an employed opportunity with flexibility in the arrangement. There is the potential to join the existing physician or to establish a new practice and share call with the existing physician. Due to the fact that BHFS has only one Gastroenterologist there is significant opportunity for another physician to quickly build a busy practice.
