Banner Health and the Division of Pediatric Cardiology at Banner Children’s Specialists (BCS) is seeking a board certified/board eligible non-invasive pediatric cardiologist to join a thriving and growing practice in Phoenix-metro. The candidate is expected to be proficient in fetal, transesophageal and transthoracic echocardiograms, intraoperative echocardiography and echocardiography in interventional catheterization procedures.
We seek candidates who have practiced a minimum of three years and possess training and/or experience in echocardiography. Based at Cardon Childrens’ Medical Center, the candidate will practice general cardiology, with routine clinic and call, in addition to advanced echocardiography. The group covers all of Banner Health’s hospitals and shares call 1:6.
Cardon Children’s Medical Center (CCMC) in Mesa, a state-of-the-art, 248-bed children’s hospital opened in 2009, along with some of our other hospitals, provides comprehensive pediatric care from general to emergency, as well as services for specific childhood diseases. Highly trained physician specialists, social services staff and numerous integrative therapy programs ensure a complete range of care for children. We have a child-friendly atmosphere accented by soothing colors and dedicated play areas, as well as a volunteer dog therapy program that helps cheer up young patients during their stays.

Cardon Children's Medical Center features 248 beds, specially trained nurses and doctors and family-centered care as well as an expanded Neonatal Intensive Care Unit – from 65 beds to 86 beds.
