Pediatric Cardiac Surgery Opportunity

Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital at St. Vincent is seeking a full-time BC/BE Pediatric Cardiac Surgeon to expand our established and growing program. Our ideal candidate will have training and experience in the peri-operative management and surgical care of congenital heart defects ranging from newborns to adults.

Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital (PMCH) at St. Vincent, located in Indianapolis, IN, is a 170-bed comprehensive care pediatric hospital which includes a 23-bed PICU staffed 24/7 by Pediatric Intensivists and Indiana’s largest Level IV NICU (with 97 beds and more than 1000 discharges per year). PMCH serves as a tertiary referral center for the state of Indiana and beyond and is a part of Indiana’s largest not-for-profit health system with 22 ministries and over 3,000 physicians.

About the Program:

  • Our Children’s Heart Center provides comprehensive services including: fetal cardiology, echo, TEE, interventional, cardiac catheterization, and a very busy and sophisticated EP service
  • Currently expanding into the field of Heart Failure and mechanical circulatory support with transplantation in adolescents and children
  • Home to a comprehensive and collaborative perinatal center with the largest NICU in the state that focuses on neonatal and infant heart surgery
