Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Gastroenterology Opportunity
Lourdes Medical Associates (LMA) and Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center (OLLMC) have an excellent full time employment opportunity for a licensed and certified Nurse Practitioner or highly experienced Physician Assistant to join a highly respected Gastroenterology practice located in Camden, New Jersey.
The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will independently diagnose and treat complex health conditions of the body and mind by performing ongoing clinical assessments, establishing and implementing plans of care for acute, chronic conditions for patients. They will manage preventive health aspects of care for the patient and evaluate that plan for effectiveness as well as assessing the patient for learning needs and strategizing to meet those needs for the patients and their families. The provider will independently plan, develop and implement a plan of care and evaluate this plan periodically; adjusting the plan in accordance with the patients' needs.
Minimum required qualifications:
- Successful completion of an accredited NP/PA program
- NP/PA Certification
- State of New Jersey License
- CDS and DEA
- 2- years of experience in Gastroenterology or related field
