  • Participate in service recovery efforts when a physician advisor determination error is at fault
  • Provide a tertiary review for cases that are being disputed by a client

Sound Advisory Services provides high-quality concurrent and secondary case reviews and advisory services to hospital partners nationwide. Our unique approach includes both remote advisory services and the option for an on-site medical director of advisory services. In addition to case reviews, Sound’s physician advisors focus on education, case management, and process improvements that impact key metrics, such as length of stay (LOS) and case mix index (CMI). We are committed to a compliance-based approach that leads to more efficient care, improved outcomes, and a reduction in the need for secondary reviews over time.
