The U.S. Army Reserve is currently seeking licensed physicians to serve on a part-time basis as commissioned officers. As an Army Reserve physician, you’ll work in your local Army Reserve unit just one weekend a month. During an additional two weeks of every year, you’ll focus on training and development, honing your skills while expanding your professional network and knowledge. Army doctors are leaders in their fields and enter the service as commissioned officers. As an Army physician, you may be eligible for up to $100,000 in special pay, depending on your specialty. Additionally, you may receive up to $250,000 in student loan repayment, on top of other benefits such as healthcare, retirement options, life insurance, and more.
