Required Education:

  • Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Midwife program.

Experience:

  • Two years previous Nurse Practitioner/Certified Nurse Midwife experience preferred.

License/Certification:

  • Current Washington State license with prescriptive authority.
  • CPR certification.
  • AANP certification.
  • ANCC certification.
  • BCLS required.
