Rogers Behavioral Health is a nationwide leader in comprehensive and effective behavioral health care treatment for children, teens and adults. We are currently seeking a CHILD/ADOLESCENT PSYCHIATRIST to join our team at our location in Kenosha, WI.

These providers will typically work Monday - Friday seeing patients in our Partial Hospital and Intensive Outpatient programs for OCD, Anxiety, Depression and Mood Disorders. The adult psychiatrist will focus on the 18+ population.  There is potential for the child/adolescent provider to see a combination of adolescent and adult patients though the focus will be on the under 18.  Average number patients on caseload will be about 25-35 with 8-10 patients being seen per day.

Patients at Rogers Behavioral Health are treated by a thorough team of providers which includes psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, social workers, behavioral therapists and modality specialists.

These are employed positions with competitive annual salary and RVU based incentive program.

As a specialty behavioral health system, Rogers provides a unique treatment environment with four levels of care:

• Inpatient: 3-10 days acute stabilization and withdrawal management.
• Intensive Outpatient Care: 3 to 3.5 hours per day, 4-5 days per week.
• Partial Hospitalization Care: 6 to 6.5 hours per day, 5 days per week.
• Residential Treatment: 30-90 days, 7 days per week.
