Employed Outpatient Position with Baylor College of Medicine

Job Summary:  The candidate will join an established Primary Care team in the Southwest Houston suburb of Sugar Land.  There are two clinic sites that will be adding additional Physicians to expand access for the surrounding community.  The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction in a collaborative environment.  Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff.

Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group is a collaborative partnership between St. Luke's Health System and Baylor College of Medicine.

Practice Information:

  • Employed position with Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group
  • Join established Primary Care Physicians
  • Dedicated M.A. will be provided with shared non-clinical staff
  • Schedule, full-time Monday through Friday, minimum of 36 patient accessible hours plus 4 hours of administrative time

Education and Certifications Required:

  • Board certified or board eligible
  • Texas licensed, preferred

Experience:  1-3 Years’ experience preferred, but new grads also happily considered

Required Skills:

  • Flexible and willing to support organizational needs with regard to healthcare and market changes
  • Solid clinical expertise with a commitment to patient care outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to serve as a team member and clinical leader in the workplace
  • Customer service oriented
