Duke Health Seeks Family Medicine Physician - Carolina Family and Sports Medicine

Duke’s clinical practice is seeking a Family Physician (with three plus years of experience) to join one of their community-based clinics. Carolina Family Practice and Sports Medicine is a 14-provider medical practice, with three Triangle locations (Cary, North Raleigh, and Holly Springs). The core service of CFPSM is to provide high quality primary care to infants, children, and adults in Wake County.

• Full time, 8-5 weekdays, with one administrative day
• Clinic call 1:13, telephone and video visits.  When on call there will be video visits for Saturday that week.
• Use Epic as the EMR.
• X-ray and labs on site at each clinic.
• Strong team of RN’s, LPN’s, MA’s and Athletic Trainers.
