Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center is actively seeking a BC/BE Endocrinologist to establish a private practice in Jasper, Indiana.  Great opportunity to practice your specialty with a collegiate medical staff and provide a much needed service to the patients of the service area. Opportunity Description:

• Focus on endocrinology patients
• Interest in building a practice in a growing market, established referral system
• Access to hospital-employed dietitians to assist in patient education
• Flexible schedule: 4-5 day work week

Compensation & Benefits:

• Employed position with $325,000 salary
• Unlimited bonus potential
• $50,000 Sign on bonus 
• $15,000 Relocation assistance
• $3,500 CME allowance; 5 days off
• $1000 per year of CME can be used towards technology
• Paid malpractice w/tail coverage
